Na de &#8216;flatten the curve&#8217;-missie, die zeker nodig was bij het uitbreken van het Covid-19 virus, is het nu tijd voor &#8216;crush the curve&#8217;. <\/strong><br \/>\nDe dokters van Geneeskunde voor het Volk in Hoboken zetten een systeem op voor contact tracing voor mensen die positief testen. De groepspraktijk gaat zelf op zoek naar lokale broeihaarden. Omdat ze lokaal werken en de pati\u00ebnten hen kennen, is er meer vertrouwen en kan men beter inspelen op de situatie.\u00a0 De aanpak om iemand in kansarmoede te contacteren of een hoogopgeleide verschilt bijvoorbeeld.<br \/>\nInmiddels werd het voorstel ook positief onthaald door de wijkgezondheidscentra in Borgerhout en Antwerpen Noord.
